Recruitment Process
Tatçelik evaluates the applications in the curriculum vitae pool in case of need of staff by taking into account their professional and technical knowledge. It invites the eligible candidates for interviews and directs the successful candidates to the managers of its position. If the managers' evaluations are positive, job offers are made to applicant candidates.
